3. Artwork Description

All artworks sold are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, unless clearly stated otherwise. Product images are for reference only; slight variations in color, texture, or scale may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the artwork.

4. Prices & Currency

All prices are listed in [currency]. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in the buyer's country. Such costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order & Acceptance

A binding agreement is formed when the order is placed and confirmed by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The artwork remains the property of the Seller until payment has been received in full.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Artworks are shipped internationally using professional packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

The Seller is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Returns or cancellations are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic documentation of the packaging and artwork.

10. Damaged Artwork

If damage occurs during transit, the Seller will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a repair, partial refund, replacement (if possible), or full refund.

11. Copyright & Usage Rights

All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artwork may not be reproduced, resold as prints, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Personal Data

Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is used solely to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to Norwegian courts.
